Congressional District 8 Civics Certificate Program

The strength of our Republic depends upon informed citizens who understand the Constitution, respect the rule of law, and recognize the sacrifices made by generations of Americans to preserve liberty.

The CD8 Congressional Civics Initiative is a district-wide student recognition program designed to celebrate an informed citizenry, promote civic literacy, and reward academic excellence in American government and history.

If you are a high school student, who has achieved a score of 95 or higher on the Arizona Civics Test* you are eligible to receive formal recognition from the Office of Congressman Abraham Hamadeh.
